William "Bill" Scott Kelly

William “Bill” Scott Kelly, 77, of Supply, NC passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at his home with his family by his side.

Bill was born in Charles County, Maryland on May 27, 1947 and was a son of the late James Calvert and Eileen Lee Kelly.

He is survived by his wife Margaret P. Kelly of 40 plus years of marriage. Together they raised four children, and co-parented several grandkids throughout the years spending most of their time instilling great work ethic’s and honor among them. He had several passions throughout the years. Motorcycles, sail boats, firearms and camping were his favorite things. He used to spend endless hours riding them around on his Harley and teaching them to shoot. He joined the Boy Scouts with his grandsons to instill survival skills and a love for the great outdoors.

Bill was a US Air Force veteran and was a retired carpenter.

In keeping with his wishes, the family will have a private celebration of life service at a later date.
