Tommy Ray Crisp, 65, of Supply, NC passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 28, 2024 in the UNC Healthcare Nash, Rocky Mount, NC.
Tommy was born in Ennis, Texas on July 4, 1958 and was a son of the late Rayford and Mary Shaffer Crisp. In addition to his parents, Tomy was preceded in death by his wife Mannie Louise Crisp just this past April, a son, Christopher Crisp, a sister, Debbie Crisp, and step-daughter, Rosa Hubbard.
Tommy was retired from the Texas oil fields where he worked as a crane operator. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Casey Crisp (Paula) of Rocky Mount, NC; step-children, Mark Hubbard (Tina); a daughter, Jessica Hight (Jay); two brothers, Curtis Crisp, Rodney Crisp; three sisters, Kathy Watts, Rita Rice, Penny Crisp; and grandchildren, Victory Stallings, Makenzie Allgood, Dylan Allgood, Joshua Hubbard, Genea Brandenberger, Michaela Hubbard, Melissa Weaver, Brantley Crisp, and Grayson Crisp; he is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Friday, February 2, 2024, in the Oak Grove Baptist Church with The Reverend Kenny Locklear and Reverend Gerald Hart officiating. He will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife in the Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
