Thomas "Tom" Judson Knight

Thomas “Tom” Judson Knight, age 69, of Carolina Shores, NC formerly of Matthews, NC, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at his home after a brief illness surrounded by his loving family.

Tom was born in Charleston, South Carolina and was one of two sons born to the late Capers Herman Knight and Merlee Miriam Conner Knight of Charleston, SC.

Tom retired from Bank of America where he worked in various IT roles for almost 35 years. He was an active member of America’s Boating Club – North Strand as well as the Seacoast Anglers.  Tom was an avid fisherman and enjoyed restoring vintage British sports cars.

Surviving are his beloved wife of 31 years, Julianne Jefferson Knight of the home; a son, Matthew Judson Knight of Old Town, FL, a brother, Steven Knight and his mother, Merlee Knight both of Charleston as well as Mustang Sally, his loving sheltie.

Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 18, 2024 in the Shepherd Assembly Church, 6720 Old Shallotte Road, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469.
