Sherlanda "Suzanne" (Harden) Walkowiak

Sherlanda Suzanne Walkowiak, 61, of Leland, NC passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 in the Lower Cape Fear Life Care Center, Wilmington, NC following a time of declining health.

Suzanne was born in Elizabethtown, NC, on February 16, 1963, and was a daughter of the late Jerry Carl and Sandra Wilburn Harden. In addition to her parents, Suzanne was preceded in death by her husband, James “Jimmer” Walkowiak and a sister, Stephanie Jean Harden.

Surviving are her son, Michael Walkowiak and wife Britney; a daughter, Christian Walkowiak; three brothers, Steve Harden and wife Crystal, Mark Harden, Scott Harden and wife Victoria; a sister, Janella H. Woods and husband Jerry; and a granddaughter, Emma Walkowiak.

Memorial services will be conducted at 10:30, AM, on Thursday, December 12, 2024, in the Harvest Fellowship Church, 438 Gray Bridge Road, SW, Shallotte, NC 28470 with The Reverend Tom Johnson officiating.
