Roger Lynn Zaebst

Roger Lynn Zaebst, of Ocean Isle Beach, NC formerly of  Columbus, OH, passed away on Monday, September, 4, 2023.

Roger was born in Cherry Valley, Ohio on February 23, 1945 to the late William and Irene Piper Zaebst. In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his step-mother Marian (Lucas), his wife Kathy Larson and a brother, Christopher.

Surviving are his siblings, Evelyn Zaebst (Melvin Marrison) of New Lyme, OH, Allan (Mary) Mentor, OH, Sue Mason, Conneaut, OH, Ricky (Peggy) of Andover, OH; sister-in-law, Cynthia, New Lyme, OH; several nieces and nephews.

Roger graduated from PVHS, The Ohio State University, and was a proud veteran of the US Air Force. He was an avid bowler, golfer and Ohio State fan. He and his wife Kathy loved traveling, the beach and turtle watching on Ocean Isle Beach.

To honor his wishes there will be no services.
