Patsy Hewett Obituary

Patsy L. Hall Hewett, age 78, of Shallotte, NC passed away on Sunday the fourteenth on February 2021 at her residence. Patsy was born in Savannah, GA, on the thirteenth of September 1942 to the late Steve and Nellie Davis Fulmore. In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Hoyle Gafford (Billy) Hewett, Jr. and her daughter, Kari Miranda "Mandi" Hewett Mintz.

Surviving are a step-son, Hoyle G. "Billy" Hewett, III; a step-daughter, Connie Ellen Hewett Freeman; a sister, Shirley Downer; two grandchildren, Jonathan Gabriel Mintz and James Nathaniel Mintz.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
