Patricia Jane (Hartley) Lesniewicz

Patricia “Pat” Jane Lesniewicz, age 85, of Calabash, NC passed away on Friday, January 2, 2026, in the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare, “Brunswick House” following a time of declining health.

Pat was born in High Point, NC and was one of three children born to the late Robert and Ruth Russell Hartley. She was also preceded in death by a son, Chad Dockery, her two brothers, Robert Hartley, Michael Hartley as well as her first husband, Jack Dockery.

Pat was active in Chicago where the boys participated in sports. She did volunteer work with Meals on Wheels in the Calabash area. She loved Jesus, family, sports and politics.

Surviving are her loving husband of over forty-five years, Tom Lesniewicz; a son, Christopher Dockery and wife Kelly of San Diego, CA., A stepson, Jeff Lesniewiz of Illinois, and grandchildren, Madison Dockery, Brianna Dockery; Step Children, Medley and Jack Lesniewicz.

In keeping with her wishes, private memorial services will be held at a later date.
