Parna Hopkins Obituary

Pastor Parna Marie Hopkins, age 72 of Sunset Beach, NC passed away on Thursday the twenty third of July 2020 at her home after an extended illness.

Born in Flint Michigan on the eleventh of December 1947, she was the daughter of the late John B. and Marjorie Wirges Neumann. In addition to her parents, Pastor Parna was preceded in death to her husband, Daniel Lee Hopkins in 2011.

She was a woman devoted to her savior, and to His glory operated the Church of The Upper Room Church for many years.

Surviving are two sons, Kory Hopkins and wife Michelle of Cary, NC, and their child, Abbygail Hopkins. Kevyn Hopkins and wife Lynda of Vancouver, Washington and their children, Natalya Hopkins King, Katya Hopkins; a great grandchild, Klaus King and her Significant Other, Harry Hewett of Sunset Beach, NC.

In light of the Covid 19 pandemic, memorial services will be private.
