Michael Edwin Secrest

Michael Edwin Secrest, 64, of Supply, NC passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025, at his
home with beloved members by his bedside. His passing came quickly as the result of a delayed
detection of lung cancer.
Michael or “Mike” as many knew him, was born in Elmira, NY on March 3, 1961, and was a son
of the late Edwin and Christine Dibble Secrest.
Mike was an accomplished carpenter and house painter and was very talented with his hands.
Car enthusiast and Motorcycle supporter. He enjoyed the outdoors with hunting, fishing, and
camping, sharing core memories with his family along the way.
Surviving are three children, Shannon Secrest, Michelle White and husband Christopher, Steven
Secrest; a sister, Susan Thomas and husband Harris; grandchildren, Skylar Denton, Chloey
Denton, McKenzie Langin, Makayla Langin, Rebecca White and Jacob White.
A Private gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday April 5th.
