Mary Ann (Sullivan) Lemke

Mary Lemke, 83, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2024.   Mary was born on August 6, 1940, as the youngest of 3 children to Eugene and Margaret Sullivan.  She grew up in Flushing, NY where she met the love of her life, Robert (Bob) Lemke.  They raised their family of 3 boys and a girl on Long Island.  After raising their family, in 2013 Mary and Bob moved to Sun City Carolina Lakes in Indian Land, SC.  Mary was predeceased by her parents, her husband of 58 years Bob, her son Paul and her siblings John and Peggy.  She is survived by her loving children Robert (Carol), Ann (Augie), and Stephen (Andrea).  She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  She is also remembered fondly by her many nieces and nephews as well as friends from Long Island, Sun City Carolina Lakes and Arbor Landing of Ocean Isle, NC. 

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12pm on June 18 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Indian Land, SC.
