Mark Anthony Hollenbeck, age 61, of Shallotte, NC passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, May 23, 2026.
Mark was born in Watertown, NY on August 5, 1964, and was a son of the late Robert Hollenbeck, Sr., and Rosemary Elizabeth Thomas Hollenbeck. In addition to his parents, Mark was predeceased by two brothers, Randy Hollenbeck and Stephen Hollenbeck.
Mark was a US Army veteran and was a plumber and had worked for Plumb-Rite, Inc. He enjoyed being outdoors and loved fishing, hunting, and cooking.
Surviving are brothers, Robert Hollenbeck, Jr., Jeffery Hollenbeck; a sister, Terri Hollenbeck; daughter, Alicia Hollenbeck; several nieces and nephews; dear friends, Edison "T" Tripp, Sandy Hardee, Micki Bellamy; and most of all his beloved dog, Ruby. The family would like to extend a special thank you to USAF CMSGT Retired Mike Spadaccini and James Hawver.
A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 PM, on Saturday, June 27, 2026, in the Banquet Room of Jerome’s Steak & Seafood, Shallotte.
