Luca Alexander Azevedo

Luca Alexander Azevedo, 19 months old, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 in the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC.

Luca was born in Loris, SC on August 18, 2022, and was a son of David Joseph Azevedo and Melissa Irene Matthews.

In addition to his parents, Luca is survived by a brother, Trevor Gonzalez; a sister, Graci Gonzalez; his paternal great-grandmother, Diana Azevedo and paternal aunt, Anne Marie Azevedo. And many family and friends that loved him.

Luca “Bubbie” was the happiest, sweetest, loving, and beautiful little boy. He brought so much joy to everyone around him. His infectious smile, his adorable laugh, and his gorgeous curls will forever be missed.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 PM, Thursday, April 4, 2024, in the Shepard Assembly Church, 6720 Old Shallotte Road, NW, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469.
