Lois N (Walker) Willoughby

Lois Neal Willoughby, 75, of Shallotte, NC passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2025, in the Autumn Care of Shallotte Nursing Center.

Born in Hope Mills, NC on August 26, 1949, Lois was a daughter of the late William O. Walker and Daphanie Hazel McLaurin Walker.

Surviving are her husband, William “Bill” F. Willoughby; two sons, Thomas A. Perkins and wife Jeanette of Raeford, NC, Stephen O. Perkins and wife Kaydee of Longs, SC; and 8 grandchildren along with 3 great grandchildren.

Celebration of Life services will be announced at a later date.
