Obituary
David Levi Brewer, age 72, of Supply, NC passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023 in the Lower Cape Fear Life Care Center, “Brunswick House”, Bolivia, NC following a lengthy illness.
Born in Charlotte, NC, on April 23, 1950, David was a son of Doug Brewer of Belmont, NC and the late Sarah Kale Brewer.
David was retired from Ameristeel as a crane operator with thirty two years of service. He was a member of the Living Way Four Square Church in Indian Trail, NC and was fondly known as Mr. Santa Claus.
Surviving are his loving wife of 55 years, Barbara Ford Brewer; a son, Dennis Brewer (Lorraine) of Supply; a brother, Steve Brewer; grandchildren, Neal Brewer (Sam), Blake Brewer (Carley), Landon Brewer, David Brewer, Derrick Brewer and a great grandson, Theo Brewer.
To honor his wishes, no local services are planned.
