August 28, 1961 – October 12, 2025

Craig ran into his father’s arms at his home in Supply, North Carolina.

Craig was born in Gastonia, North Carolina to Ed and Mary Kayler.

He loved on four beautiful grandbabies

There are just too many of our military families to list.

And of course, our Texas family, Perry, Gabi, and Mandy.

Craig was a former air traffic controller with Robinson aviation McAllen Texas. He also served in the United States Air Force as an air traffic controller and the United States Air Force Honor Guard. During his time of service Craig received: Air Force Achievement Medal with 1 device, Air Force Longevity Service Award with 2 devices, Air Force Training Ribbon, Air Force Overseas Long Tour Ribbon with 1 device, National Defense Service Medal, NCO Professional Military Education Ribbon with 1 device, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with 1 device, Air Force Good Conduct Medal with 3 devices.

He enjoyed golfing, softball, racing, riding his Harley, a cold beer, and a good scotch.

A special thanks also to Billy for always being available as Craig and I went through this new journey together.

A celebration of life service will be on November 16, 2025, from 1pm-4pm located at 1316 Stone Chimney Rd, SW Supply NC 28462
