Arthur Dale Cummings, 69, of Boiling Spring Lakes, NC passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2023 in the Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center following a lengthy illness.

Arthur was born in Wilmington, NC on October 8, 1953 and was a son of the late Henry and Mary Catherine Costin Flynn. In addition to his parents, Arthur was preceded in death by a son, Michael Cummings, and his beloved dog, Izzy.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and uncle.

Surviving are his wife, Rebecca Anderson Cummings; a daughter, Christina Crews of Delco, NC; two sons, Jeremy Cummings and Jason Cummings; a brother, Doug Cummings; grandchildren, Jessica Cummings, Aleeah Buck, Hailey Crews, Kolby Cummings, Brayden Cummings, Nathan Cummings, Kyleigh Cummings; a great-grandson, Kashton Malacara; his pet kitty … “Cat” and many nieces and nephews.

To honor his wishes, memorial services will be private.
