Tracey Allgood Toler, age 62, of Wilmington, NC passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 with her loving children by her side.

Tracey was born in Danville, VA on July 14, 1960 to the late Joseph Edward "Eddie" Allgood, Jr and Audrey Jean Edwards Allgood. She was given an extraordinary childhood and shared her birthday with her sister who was two years older. She was fortunate to meet her birth mother, Carole Downey Ruffin later in her life.

Tracey was known for her beautiful smile, positive attitude, and a sharp sense of humor. She was proud of being the first female tractor-trailer driver for United Parcel Service in the state of VA. She had a love for traveling that began in her childhood where she traveled around the world with her parents. She enjoyed cruises and went with her family to Europe and the Caribbean. She had a fondness for playing the slots and the roulette table in Las Vegas. Tracey kept her positive attitude right up to the end and never complained throughout her courageous battle with cancer.

Surviving are her loving children, Rachel Toler Stroup and husband David of Leland, Ben Toler of Littleton, CO; a sister, Kathy Allgood Graves of Greensboro, NC; a beloved grandson, Reid Stroup; a niece, Rebecca Marie Graves, a nephew, William Joseph Graves; and last but not least her morkie fur baby, "Roxy".

Private memorial services are being planned for a later date.
