Tina Hughes Floyd, 58, of Calabash, NC passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022 at her home following a lengthy illness. Born in Horry County, SC on December 23, 1963, Tina was a daughter of the late Luther Devon "L.D" and Christine Horne Hughes. In addition to her parents, Tina was preceded in death by a nephew, Bradley Buffkin.

Surviving are two sons, Christopher Floyd of Calabash, NC, Jarrod Floyd of Conway, SC; a sister, Karen Hughes Buffkin of Calabash, NC; a niece, Michelle Buffkin Cumbee and husband Steven of Calabash and a very special friend, Brenda Simmons and husband Darryl of Ash, NC.

Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 9, 2022 in the Shepherd Assembly Church, 6720 Old Shallotte Road, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469. A time of visitation will be from 1 until 2 PM at the church.
