Timothy Ray Milligan, 66, of Bolivia, NC passed away on Monday, August 28, 2023 at his home.

Born in Southport, NC on September 15, 1956, Tim was a son of the late William Kendall and Irene Robinson Milligan.

Tim was a retired mechanic and worked for many years with the New Hanover County School System.

Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Thelma Clark Milligan; only son, Brett Allan Milligan; grandchildren, Adison and Allan, and daughter in law, Jessica Milligan.

A private Celebration of Tim's Life will be held at a later date.
