Thomas Eugene Driver, age 73, of Supply, NC passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023, at his home with family by his side.

Thomas was born in Piedmont, SC on July 3, 1950, and was one of seven children born to the late John Clifford and Grace Dora Bishop Driver. In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by siblings, Gary Driver, James Driver, and Shelby Clamp.

Thomas was the owner and operator of Drivers Painting Company for forty years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are his loving wife of 37 years, Shirley Abercrombie Driver; a daughter, Crystal Gile and husband Nick of Longwood, NC; sons, Thomas Eugene Driver, Jr. of Atlanta, GA, Steven Edward Driver and wife Gloria of Anderson, SC; brothers, George Edward Driver, Kenneth D. Driver; a sister, Barbara Gilreath; and three beloved grandchildren, Mia Avery Gile, Thomas Steven Hanks, and Grace Driver.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 2:00 PM, in the Soldier Bay Baptist Church with the Reverend Jason Benton officiating. A time of visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
