Susan Marie Buttaro, 66, of Carolina Shores, NC formerly of Phoenixville, PA passed away in the morning of Thursday, the twenty fourth of February 2022 at her home with her family by her side.

Susan was born in Phoenixville, PA on the eighteenth of January 1956 to the late John J. and Ann Shoemaker Bennett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Bennett and a brother-in-law, Donald Ingram.

She graduated from the Northern Chester County Technical School and was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church, of Phoenixville. Susan worked for many years with Staples Office Supply and more recently with the Bar-B-Que House in N. Myrtle Beach, SC. She and her husband attended Our Lady Star by the Sea and St. Brendan the navigator Catholic Churches after moving to North Carolina.

Surviving is her loving husband of 32 years, Robert "Bob" Buttaro of Carolina Shores; three beloved daughters, Ashley Karkoska of Phoenixville, Katherine Buttaro, Maria Buttaro both of Pottstown, PA; a brother, John Bennett, Jr. and wife Barbara of Phoenixville, PA; a sister, Laurie Ingram and a granddaughter Gianna Maria.
