Stephen Paul Holmes, 76, of Supply, NC passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at his residence.

Steve was born in Kenansville, NC on November 28, 1946, to the late Samuel and Louise Batchelor Holmes.

Steve enjoyed going to auctions, mini storage sales, and yard sales where he made many friends along the way. He loved his two daughters, grandkids, and great grands & would do anything for them. He helped his daughter at the Silver Hill Grill for many years. He loved to cook for all of the family, especially his son-in-law, Billy. His pets were near and dear to his heart and were spoiled rotten.

Survivors include two daughters, Deborah Nelson, Teresa Taylor (Billy); their mother, Patricia Salley; grandchildren, Heather Smith (Joey), Michael Nelson, Tabitha Milliken (Earl), Amanda Stepka (Steven), Robert Taylor and thirteen great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 6:00 PM, Friday, October 6, 2023 in the Ocean View Pentecostal Church,
