Ronald Joseph Lanteigne, age 70 of Ocean Isle Beach, NC formerly of North Attleboro, MA passed away on Sunday the fifth of September 2021 in the McLeod Seacoast Medical Center, Little River, SC after a brief illness. Ron was born in Augusta, Maine on the twenty third of December 1950 and was raised by his mother Jean (Gaboury-Lanteigne) Schricker and step-father Harry Schricker.

Ron was a man who enjoyed spending quality time with his family and friends. He loved to travel with loving wife Nancy, and they frequently went to Las Vegas. Ron enjoyed the excitement of horse racing, gambling, the Pat's and spent many evenings enjoying the surroundings of the pier at Ocean Isle Beach.

Surviving are his wife of 31years, Nancy Hutchings of the home; One brother, Dan Schricker (Janet) of N. Attleboro, MA; sisters, Faye (Lanteigne) Sumner (Bob), Debbie Berte (Steve) both of Plainville, MA, Sally Cutler of Attleboro, MA, Leslie Farrow (Rob) of N. Attleboro.   Brothers-in-law, Richard Hutchings (Theresa) of Attleboro, Thomas Hutchings N. Smithfield, RI, Peter Hutchings (Darlene) of Avon, MA; two sisters-in-law, Frances Goncalves of N. Attleboro; Janet Boucher of Boston, MA; twenty-five nieces & nephews and sixteen grand nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life is being planned for two o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, the sixth of November 2021 at Sharky's Restaurant, Ocean Isle Beach, NC. A scattering of Ron's ashes will take place at 1:15 PM from the Ocean Isle Beach Pier. Please, leave your sadness behind and come celebrate the life of Ronnie. The family has requested the you wear "Beach Casual, Shorts, Flip Flops and ball caps."
