Richard "Dick" Noels Spach, 90, of Ocean Isle Beach, NC passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023 in the Southport Health & Rehabilitation Center following a time of declining health.

Dick was born in Canton, OH on August 7, 1932 to the late Russell N. And Ruth Terrill Spach. In addition to his parents, Dick was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dee Ann Spach in August, 2019.

He was a retired CAD designer for General Tire and was a proud US Navy veteran having served during the Korean War.

Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Sunday, May 21, 2023 in the New Beginnings Community Church, Shallotte, NC.
