Rebecca A. Cummings, 62, of Southport, NC (BSL) passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023 in the Lower Cape Fear Life Care, Wilmington, NC following a lengthy illness.

Becky as she was affectionately known, was born in Southport, NC on February 21, 1961 and was a daughter of the late Cecil M. and Evelyn Grace Autry Anderson. I addition to her parents, Becky was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Dale Cummings, a son Michael Makeithan Cummings.

Surviving are her brother, William Anderson; step-daughter, Christina Crews; step-sons, Jeremy Cummings, Jason Cummings; and her beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephew.

A private celebration of life will be conducted at a later date.
