Prentice Alton Sharpe, age 75, of Supply, NC passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at his home.

Prentice was born in Sanford, NC on July 17, 1948, and was a son of the late Henry Clay and Sally Mae Batchelor Sharpe. In addition to his parents, Prentice was preceded in death by a beloved daughter, Angela Sharpe.

Prentice was a retired lineman and during his career, he worked for Lee Electric among others.

Surviving are his loving wife of 57 years, Vickie McKay Sharpe of the home; a Goddaughter, Tracy Sauls Whitfield and husband Mark of Goldsboro, NC; his siblings, Larry Sharpe and wife Judy, Donald Sharpe, Durene Yarbourgh of Sanford, NC, and Brenda Oister and husband Ron of Longs, SC.

In accordance with his wishes, there will be no memorial services at this time.
