Pete Junior Owens, 58, of Shallotte, NC passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022 in his home surrounded by his loving family.

Pete was born in Alexandria, VA on December 18, 1963 to the late Roy and Joyce Dodson Owens. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Owens.

Pete was a retired master mechanic who's passion was working on cars while listening to AC/DC and Hank Williams, Jr. There was nothing that he couldn't fix. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and giving rides to his grandchildren on the golf cart. Pete absolutely loved date nights with Robin where they would go out to dinner and listening to live bands.

Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Robin Reese Owens; two daughters, Stephanie Owens Clyburn, Amanda Owens Spady; two brothers, Roy Owens, Chris Owens; three sisters, Rose Ksanznak, Cathy Keene, Karen "Dee Dee" McDaniel; four grandchildren, Caylin Clyburn, Izabelle, Jazmine and Dezirae Spady.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
