Maureen Korovich (Comstock) 67, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2023 after multiple complications due to illness.  Maureen was born on April 21, 1956, in Corona, CA.

She was formerly of South Boston, MA and currently living in Carolina Shores, NC. Predeceased by her parents, Theresa (Taylor) Comstock and William Comstock.; a brother, Michael Comstock and her husband Michael Korovich.

Maureen was known to all of the neighborhood kids as "Momma Moe" and she cared for them as her own. She was a animal lover especially horses.

Surviving are her two beloved daughters, Theresa Korovich, Melissa Hennessey and husband James; grandchildren, Brittany Korovich and husband Kaiden Pearse, Gregory Knierim III; nephew, Robert Boynton; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Seapoint Restaurant (Upstairs) on August 12, 2023 from 1:00 - 5:00 PM, 367 East 8th Street, South Boston, MA 02127.

Memorial may be made to the Lower Cape Fear Life Care, Brunswick House at 955 Mercy Lane, Bolivia, NC 28462.
