Mark Louis Frangione, 66, of Southport, NC (Boiling Spring Lakes) passed away in the Lower Cape Fear Life Care Center, Bolivia, NC with family by his side.

Mark was born in Middletown, CT on June 6, 1957, and was a son of the late Louis Mark and Marion Barrett Frangione.

Mark was a longtime employee of the City of Middletown, Public Works until his retirement when he and his soulmate, Sheila moved to Southport, NC. Mark loved working in his yard creating beautiful landscaping. He loved spending time in the kitchen creating different kinds of meals and entertaining family and friends. Always cooked with love.  He always had a joke to make people laugh. Even through the hard times he always had his sense of humor. He will be missed by many, he was selfless always putting everyone first, right up to the end. He loved his family unconditionally. He was caring, loving, and thoughtful. He was one of a kind! if you knew him you couldn't help but love him.

Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Sheila Martin Frangione; three sons, Louis Frangione, Kyle Frangione and wife Tracy, Jesse Frangione; a sister, Bonnie Muse; six grandchildren, Chayce, Taliah, Madyson, Amelia, Julian, and Miles Frangione. Two nieces Amber and April Muse.

To honor his wishes, no services will be held.
