Luis Lopez, Jr, age 59, of Bolivia, NC passed away on Saturday the seventh of August 2021.

Born in New York on the twenty third of July 1962, Luis was a son of the late Luis Lopez, Sr. and Maria Cordero Lopez. He was a retired construction worker. Surviving are his wife of 4 years, Rebecca Ann Hildreth "Becky" Lopez; a son, Jason McConnell and wife Jessica of Bolivia, NC; two daughters, Brianna Shipley of Baltimore, MD, Samantha Shipley of Bolivia; two brothers, Alex Lopez and wife Carol of, NY, Tony Lopez of Staten Island, NY; a sister, Anita Lopez and husband Vito Addalli, of Tampa, FL; grandchildren, John, Julianna & Aliyah McConnell; Many nieces and nephews; Best Friends, Walter Sorokata & Deanna Bradley, their children, Dylan, Kierra, Kenzie and Gunnar Sorokata (Luis's Godson) and a father-like man known affectionately as "Pop", Louie Lewis of Supply.

Memorial services will be at his home at 1140 Old Ocean Highway, Bolivia, NC, the date and time will be announced soon.
