Lorraine Mary Miller, age 92, of Ocean Isle Beach, NC passed away on Monday the fifth of April 2021.

Born in Newark, NJ on the twenty fourth of November 1928, she was a daughter of the late Charles Frederick and Mary McFee Dewar Miller. In addition to her parents, Lorraine was preceded in death by a sister, Agnes Irene Minner and a brother, Leroy C Miller.

Lorraine was an enormously proud US Army veteran and was retired from the telecommunications industry after over thirty years of service. She enjoyed her crafts, crossword puzzles and passionately loved all animals. She will always be remembered as a lady who was kind, very generous and deeply loved her family.

Surviving are her sister-in-law Patricia Miller of GA; nieces, Deidre Fisher and husband Francis of NJ;  Christine Grubbs, April Dick, Leslie Truby, Angela Ivy all of GA; nephews, Stephen Minner of FL, Terry Miller of GA, Jamie Odum of NJ;   great nieces, Tamara Stowinsky (Gennero Capozzi) of NC and Kimberly Minner of IN; GG-nephews, Ryan Stowinsky and wife Anne Marie of NC, Brendan Caroline and wife Stephanie of NJ; cousins Karen Corriero and Eileen Wolf of NJ, GGG-nieces, Taryn Jolie Stowinsky, Autumn Lorraine Stowinsky of NC and GGG-nephew, Dylan David Caroline of NJ.

An outdoor memorial service will be conducted at 9:00 AM on Saturday, June 12, 2021 in the Faith Community Church, 526 US Route 9, (Atlantic City Blvd), Bayville, NJ 08721. Services will be indoors if inclement weather.
