On July 30, 2022, Joseph Thomas (Tom) Ritter, beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (nee Dietz) Ritter and the late Frieda Mulford-Ritter, devoted father to Wayne Ritter, Brian Ritter, Mary Jo Carlo, Joseph Mulford, Mary Culver, Michael Mulford, Mark Mulford, Barbara Willumsen, Anne Jarmon and Christopher Mulford. Also survived by numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Ruck Towson Funeral Home on Friday, August 5, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 6, at 10 am, Interment Gardens of Faith. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
