Jeffrey Scott Smith, age 44, of Shallotte, NC passed away on Friday, September 9, 2022, in New Hanover Regional Medical center, Wilmington, NC.

Jeff was born in Lexington, NC on the eighteenth of July 1978 to Steve and Annette Smith.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his children, Hailey, Peighton, Collin, Gavin, Timothy; beloved spouse, Dynell Smith his siblings, Daniel Smith, Kasi Smith; Aunts, Jeanette, Vicki and Pat; uncles, James & Jerry Smith; cousins, Billy Adams, Kristin Adams, Gregory Smith; special brothers for life, John Finn and Kenny Prevatte and many friends and extended family too numerous to mention.
