Mrs. Elsie M. Bibby, 90, of Leland passed away on the morning of December 25, 2021 in the Lower Cape Fear Life Care Center, Bolivia, NC. Elsie was a daughter of the late Jake and Clara Moss Kornelsen. She is the wife of her adoring husband of fifty-five years, Mr. Robert "Bob" Bibby and several extended family members.
