Elizabeth Lou "Betty" Gonzalez, 69, of Supply, NC passed away on Friday the tenth of December 2021 at her residence. Born in Camden, NJ on the eighth of March 1952, Betty was one of five children born to the late Harry R. and Margaret M. Bouers Minister. In addition to her parents and siblings, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Michael "Mickey" Gonzalez. Betty was retired from Lowes Foods in Shallotte, NC.

Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth Gonzalez of Supply; her son, Luis Gonzalez of Atlanta, GA; nine grandchildren, including Israel, Kristina and Michael; eleven great grandchildren, including Gracie, Trevor, Kira, Gabriella, Aubrey and Isabella.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at 2:00 PM, on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at the Gonzalez Home at 2020 Cedar Lane, SW, Supply, NC 28462.
