Cathy Martina Delaney, 74, of Calabash, NC passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at her home.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on the eighth of May 1948, Cathy was a daughter of the late Theodore Benjamin and Marlene Moss Sterowski. In addition to her parents, Cathy was preceded in death by her husband, James Delaney and a sister, Becky Sterowski. She was a member of St. Brendan The Navigator Catholic Church, Shallotte, NC, the Lions Club, American Legion Post 503, Ladies Auxiliary, Calabash, NC and the NARFE.

Surviving are a sister, Virginia Stivers of Luzerne, PA; brother, Larry Sterowski of Plymouth, PA and several extended family and friends.

Memorial services will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 13, 2022 in the Shepherd Assembly Church, 6720 Old Shallotte Road, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469.
