Mr. Bobby Lee Faircloth, 78, of Shallotte, NC passed away on Saturday, the twenty first of August 2021 in the Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center.

Bobby was born in Horry County, SC on the eighteenth of August 1943 to the late LeRoy Faircloth, Sr. and Flossie Cribb Faircloth. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, David Eugene Faircloth, Leonard Faircloth and a sister, Mary F. Gilley.

Bobby was an over the road truck driver and was retired as owner operator of Bobby Faircloth Plumbing. He was a devoted longtime member of Old Shallotte Baptist Church where he had served as usher and bus driver. He was also a proud member of the Bojangles morning men's group.

Surviving are his loving wife of 54 years, Gail Gore Faircloth; a son, Bobby Faircloth and fiancée Kay Milliken of Shallotte; a daughter, LeAnn F. Dixon and husband Chris of Shallotte; a brother, LeRoy Faircloth and wife Connie of Ocean Isle Beach; a sister, Esteline F. Inman; grandchildren, Brandon L. Dixon, Shelby Dixon; granddaughter and grandson-in law, Somer Milliken and Ryan Milliken.

Funeral services will be Tuesday the twenty fourth of August 2021 in the Old Shallotte Baptist Church with the Reverend Rory Thigpen officiating. Burial will follow in the Mintz Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, social distancing and masks will be observed.
