Avery Logan Keith Potts, Infant son of Hunter Potts and Katelyn Elizabeth Ballard passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022 in the North Carolina Memorial Hospital, Chapel Hill.

Avery was born on May 15, 2022 and was a bright and cheerful baby.

Surviving in addition to Hunter and Katelyn are his siblings, Hailey Morris and Aayden Hoostal of Supply; maternal grandmother, Crystal Azcona and husband Rudy of Supply; maternal grandfather, Danny Ballard of Oak Island; maternal great-grandmother, Betty Reichle of Supply; and paternal grandparents Charles and Crystal Potts of Grove, NC.

A time of remembrance will be held from 2:00 until 3:00 PM, Wednesday, June 22, 2022 in the Shepherd Assembly Church and a celebration of Life at 3:00 PM.
